German Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt has announced a significant expansion of the country’s counter-drone force in response to the growing threat of aerial attacks. In a move aimed at enhancing national security, the Federal Police is set to double its specialized unit from 150 to 300 officers and extend its operational bases across eight locations nationwide, according to a report by prominent German newspaper BILD.
