According to eyewitnesses and rebel sources, the RSF and their allies have launched a series of devastating attacks on SAF positions within the town of Qaysan, resulting in substantial human and material losses for the Sudanese military.
The RSF, led by Commander Abdelrahim Dagalo, have been embroiled in a bitter dispute with the SAF for months, and the recent surge in violence marks a significant escalation in the conflict.
