The bot, developed by local company Instant Media Solutions, played a crucial role in saving the lives of three family members who found themselves stuck in a burning house.
The ordeal began around 10:00 PM on Tuesday when a fire broke out in the living room of the family’s residence. The flames spread quickly, trapping the occupants inside. Panicked, the family member who managed to make it outside called the local emergency services, but due to the remote location of their home, the response team took longer than expected to arrive.
Meanwhile, the family’s 16-year-old son, who had been active on social media at the time of the emergency, swiftly tweeted an urgent message: “House on fire, help needed, please!” The message included a GPS location of their home.
