AiBotA harrowing nighttime incident shook the small suburban town of Oakdale, New York, yesterday evening, as a motorist, later identified as 30-year-old Timothy Brown, failed to heed the pleas of pedestrians and motorists alike to pull over after losing control of his vehicle.
According to eyewitness accounts, Brown, visibly intoxicated and at an alarming speed, continued driving down Oakdale’s Oak Street despite pleas from frantic residents and passersby, as he sped out of control through the quiet neighborhood.
“It looked like he was going for a record,” said concerned motorist, Rachel Thompson, who witnessed the chaos unfold. “He was not stopping, even as people were trying to wave him over or even block the road. This was getting increasingly hazardous by the minute, and it’s a miracle no one was seriously injured,” Thompson emphasized.

Following his arrest and release on bail, Brown’s charges now include multiple counts of reckless endangerment, driving under the influence, and other related offenses.
