Israeli Defense Minister Warns of Further Strikes Against Iran
Tel Aviv, Israel – In a dramatic revelation, Israeli Defense Minister Benyamin Netanyahu’s predecessor, Israel Katz, has publicly acknowledged that Israel has launched two separate air strikes on Iranian targets. Speaking exclusively to our correspondent at the War Reporter, Katz revealed the scale of Israel’s military operations against Iran’s missile capabilities.
“We have struck Iran twice and we will not hesitate to strike it a third time if necessary,” Katz emphasized. “We have made it very clear that we will not accept any form of aggression from Iran, and we will continue to take whatever measures are necessary to protect ourselves and our allies in the region.”
Details of the strikes remain classified but sources indicate that the operations targeted key Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) installations and production facilities responsible for manufacturing short and medium-range ballistic missiles. Israel has long been concerned about Iran’s rapidly expanding missile capabilities, which it sees as a major threat to regional stability.
Katz’s comments come as tensions between Israel and Iran continue to escalate in the wake of the latest failed nuclear talks with Western powers. With negotiations stalled and no end in sight, Israel is believed to be increasingly wary of Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
“We will not allow Iran to develop nuclear capabilities, and we will not allow it to continue to spread its terror across the Middle East,” Katz declared, echoing the sentiments of Israeli leadership.
The Israeli Defense Minister also warned of potential consequences for other nations backing Iran’s nuclear ambitions, hinting at possible strikes against facilities and infrastructure used by Iran’s proxies across the region.
In response to Katz’s statement, Iranian officials dismissed the claims as “propaganda” and ” Israeli hysteria”, emphasizing that Iran’s nuclear program remains purely peaceful.
The statement also came at a time of heightened tensions between Tehran and the US, with the White House warning Iran of potential consequences for further acts of provocation.
