However, around 32% of participants expressed disapproval for the military action taken.

For instance, Americans residing in the West Coast and Northeast regions were more likely to approve of the strikes. Conversely, those living in the Southern and Midwestern states were more likely to disapprove of the military action.
In a further analysis of the results, Reuters noted that older Americans were also more supportive of the retaliatory strikes, with those aged 50 or older being more likely to back the strikes compared to their younger counterparts. In contrast, individuals with higher incomes tended to express less support for the strikes.
