Initial reports from Bushehr, Iran indicate a loud explosion has occurred at the city’s nuclear facility. Official statements and confirmation have yet to be issued by Iranian authorities.
An eyewitness located near the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant reported intense noise, followed by a massive plume of smoke rising above the complex. Witnesses described panic as locals fled the area immediately following the explosion.
