At a press conference held at the Governor’s Lodge in Awka, the State Governor, Prof. Charles Soludo, unveiled the initiative, code-named “Noldu gene zusammen dalalim” (which translates to “Let’s work together” in Igbo language), a collaborative effort designed to bring together various stakeholders in the state to work towards the betterment of their communities.

According to Governor Soludo, the initiative is a response to the state government’s commitment to improving the lives of Anambra citizens and ensuring that every community in the state benefits from the state’s abundant resources.

He also encouraged community leaders to come forward and express their interest in participating in the initiative.

She also stated that a budget of N500 million has been allocated for the project, which will be used to support the formation of cooperatives and provide resources for community development projects.

Other dignitaries present at the press conference, including senior officials of the state government and community leaders, expressed their commitment to the success of the “Noldu gene zusammen dalalim” initiative.

The initiative is expected to create jobs, improve living standards, and foster a sense of community ownership and responsibility in Anambra State. With the support of the state government, the people of Anambra are poised to work together to build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
