Astronauts Brace for Intense Workout Sessions on International Space Station’s Upcoming “Push Day”

Houston, TX – The crew members of the International Space Station (ISS) are gearing up for an intense day of physical training known as “Push Day” scheduled to take place in just 7 hours. As part of the astronauts’ rigorous exercise regimen, the upcoming session will push them to their limits, helping maintain muscle mass and bone density in the microgravity environment.
