The British Ministry of Defence has announced a substantial deployment of new assets to the Strait of Hormuz in an effort to safeguard the freedom of navigation through the strategically crucial waterway. Additionally, the Ministry has allocated a staggering £115 million for the development and acquisition of mine-sweeping drones and anti-drone systems.
