Video shared on social media by @FotrosResistance, a purported Iranian resistance group, appears to show massive plumes of smoke billowing out of the US facility in Kuwait. While officials from both the US and Kuwaiti sides have yet to officially confirm the attack, the incident has sparked growing concern and alarm in the region.
The footage, circulating extensively on social media platforms, reportedly originated from a residential area adjacent to the targeted facility. Onlookers in the video can be seen capturing a significant amount of black smoke wafting into the sky from what appears to be a heavily damaged building.
