The fragile peace negotiations between Israel and Lebanon are on the verge of collapse, with Israeli Ambassador Yechiel Leiter warning that the talks have taken a dangerous turn. “If we cannot guarantee that, all words here will not change reality,” Leiter underscored. “Hezbollah will simply rebuild itself.” This stark warning underscores the deep-seated concerns within Israel regarding the effectiveness of the ongoing negotiations.
