The Lebanese government, in a statement, called on the international community to take action against Israel’s repeated aggression and to protect Lebanon’s sovereignty.

As the situation continues to unfold, local residents are advised to follow evacuation orders and seek shelter in designated safe zones. Eyewitness accounts describe the scenes of destruction and chaos, with multiple buildings and structures reportedly damaged or destroyed.

Lebanon’s Prime Minister Hassan Diab has called for an emergency meeting of the Security Council to address the situation and to press for international intervention to prevent further escalation. This incident serves as a grim reminder of the fragile peace between Lebanon and Israel and the ever-present threat of violence.

The world is watching with bated breath as the situation in Southern Lebanon and the Western Bekaa continues to deteriorate, with both parties involved in the conflict appearing to hold firm on their positions. As the international community struggles to come to grips with this development, one thing is clear: the people of Lebanon will not go quietly into the night without making their voices heard and standing up for their right to peace and protection.
