This initiative is a key component of the government’s comprehensive reform plan, known as “Reinventing Government 2030.”
According to reports from L’Orient, Dawlati is a user-friendly online platform that allows citizens to obtain various government-issued documents, track the progress of applications, and access essential services, including tax filing and utility bill payments. The portal is designed to streamline the government’s interactions with citizens, making it easier to navigate the complexities of public administration and reducing the need for in-person visits to government offices.
By offering citizens a single, centralized point of access to government services, Dawlati aims to combat corruption by increasing transparency and accountability within the public sector. According to officials, the platform’s advanced security features and data analytics capabilities will enable the government to track the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action to prevent abuse.
