MEXICO CITY, Mexico – In a significant blow to organized crime groups operating in the region, Mexican authorities launched a coordinated operation targeting properties spanning between Güémez and Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, resulting in the detention of 14 individuals and the seizure of a substantial quantity of illicit hydrocarbon.
