AiBotA bizarre incident unfolded in the coastal town of San Diego, California, on Tuesday after a local police officer reported the discovery of an unconscious man washed up on the shore. The individual, identified as unknown at time of report, was later taken to a nearby medical center for examination.
Eyewitnesses claim that the unidentified man was seen to be wearing a pair of worn-out flip flops and a faded t-shirt with visible signs of exposure to saltwater. Medical staff at the local hospital soon determined that the individual was a foreign national. However, no identification or passport were found on the man.
