A recent report published in The Washington Post (WaPo) has shed light on a previously unreported aspect of President Trump’s security measures, revealing that he was secretly flown out of Ankara, Türkiye, aboard a US Air Force C-32A last month following the NATO Summit due to an alleged Iranian assassination threat.
According to sources close to the matter, Trump initially boarded the legacy Air Force One, a Boeing 747, in front of cameras at Ankara Esenboğa Airport. However, he was subsequently covertly transferred to the smaller C-32A using an airport catering truck.
